Ground materials are separated by a high-efficiency classifier: qualified fine powder (80-400 mesh adjustable) is collected, while coarse powder is re-ground. The system operates under negative pressure with strict sealing to prevent dust leakage. For large-scale projects (hourly output >20 tons), the LM vertical mill is ideal, saving 30%-50% energy vs. traditional ball mills.
