However, with the aging of the equipment and changes in raw material characteristics, traditional equipment has gradually revealed shortcomings in wear resistance, production capacity, and energy consumption. The wear rate of the equipment has accelerated, production capacity has been difficult to improve, and energy consumption remains high. These issues severely restrict the client's production efficiency and cost control.

Based on the assessment results, SBM has developed a detailed renovation plan, including production line optimization, equipment updates, and layout adjustments.
Customized Wear-Resistant Design to Address Raw Material Challenges
To tackle the issues of poor grindability and high abrasiveness of the raw materials, SBM recommends using LM Vertical Mill made from wear-resistant materials. Its unique working principle and advanced structural design can effectively handle the processing of high hardness feldspar. Additionally, special wear-resistant treatments are applied to the parts of the system that are prone to wear, extending the service life, increasing production capacity, and reducing energy consumption, thereby creating greater economic benefits for the client.

Optimized Layout Design to Adapt to Complex Facilities
To address the issues of renovating the existing facility and its complex layout, SBM technical team considered aspects such as production line optimization, facility layout adjustments, environmental protection and safety, as well as cost control.
