1. Calcium Carbonate Processing Equipment
In general, the processing equipment for calcium carbonate includes crushers, grinding machines, bucket elevators, conveyors, feeders, and dust removal equipment, etc. Among them, the main equipment is the grinding machine.
(1)Raymond mill

2. Calcium carbonate processing process:
First stage raw material grinding: The large-scale calcium carbonate raw materials are crushed by the crusher to an input fineness suitable for the mill (15 millimeters - 50 millimeters).
Second-stage grinding: The small pieces after crushing are sent by the elevator to the storage hopper, and then conveyed by the feeder to the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding.
Three-stage scoring: The ground materials are sorted by the classification system. The unqualified powder is sorted by the classifier and then returned to the main machine for re-grinding.
