This client is a manufacturer of aerated bricks. After conducting a site visit to the customer's location of World-Bond and having in-depth communication with the World-Bond engineers, they decided to purchase a large-scale European-style grinding mill. Currently, this project has been in operation for two years, and the client is extremely satisfied with the equipment.

The use of a non-blocking and highly wear-resistant air intake casing enhances the efficiency of air transportation within the mill while reducing material maintenance costs. The sealing of the grinding rollers adopts innovative and practical labyrinth-type and other multiple sealing designs, ensuring the performance of the grinding rollers and reducing maintenance costs.

Green and environmentally friendly, with no dust spillage

Using a negative pressure system, there is no dust pollution. The feeding system, grinding system and finished product conveying system are all equipped with efficient dust removal devices, enabling dust-free operations.
