SBM SCM Ultrafine Grinding Mill

BACKGROUND

Based on Iran's abundant limestone resources, the project adopts SBM SCM ultrafine grinding mills as core equipment to stably produce ultrafine and high-purity calcium carbonate powder with a fineness of 1500–3000 mesh. It aims to meet the stringent requirements of the high-end plastics, paints, coatings, sealants and other industries in Iran and surrounding markets for ultrafine fillers.

High-Efficiency Fine Classification

The product fineness can be flexibly adjusted between 325 mesh and 2500 mesh. The finished powder from a single grinding process can reach a fineness of d97 ≤ 5μm, meeting the stringent fineness requirements of various application fields.

Remarkable Energy Saving & Consumption Reduction

With the same finished product fineness and power consumption, the capacity of the SCM Ultrafine Grinding Mill is 40% higher than that of jet mills and agitated mills, while the system energy consumption is only 30% of jet mills.

Stable Operation & High Durability

There are no rolling bearings or screws in the grinding chamber, eliminating the hidden dangers of vulnerable bearing seals and machine damage caused by loose screws, thus ensuring high equipment reliability.

Environmentally Friendly & Intelligent Control

Equipped with a high-efficiency pulse dust collector and noise reduction device, the mill achieves dust-free and low-noise production, fully complying with national environmental protection standards.
