Qualified materials after crushing and screening are evenly and quantitatively fed into the grinding chamber of the main machine by a variable-frequency belt feeder for grinding operation.The ground materials are conveyed to the classifier by fan airflow for particle size classification. During classification, materials failing to meet the fineness standard fall back to the grinding chamber for re-grinding, while qualified powder enters the cyclone powder collector through pipelines along with the airflow to complete gas-solid separation and powder collection. The collected powder is discharged through the discharging mechanism as the final finished product. The separated airflow returns to the fan via the return air duct at the top of the cyclone collector, forming a closed-loop air circulation system. The whole equipment operates under negative pressure and is equipped with a pulse dust collector, ensuring all emission indicators comply with national environmental protection standards.
